INVENTION

The Taraz Regional University named after M.KH. Dulaty develops scientific directions, defines priority areas for the development of science and technology, concentrates available resources in these areas, creates a new technological base for the industrial development of the country and creates new mechanisms for market functioning in the scientific area.

Taraz Regional University named after M.KH. Dulaty, with a history of sixty years, is the largest patent holder in the region. The reason for this is the availability of material, scientific, technical and production facilities, which enable university scientists to carry out more higher scientific researches at the highest scientific and technical level.

The University's intellectual property activities are coordinated by the “Patents and Metrology” Section of the R&D Organisation and Coordination Department. The sector is effectively working to ensure that an innovation patent and a Republic of Kazakhstan patent based on the scientific novelty of scientists based on the above-mentioned research results are submitted to the National Institute of Intellectual Property for an industrial patent application. It provides advisory support to teachers, students, doctoral students and undergraduates on issues of protection and industrial property protection, patent research studies. The university's patent collection is updated annually with special bulletins and literature. Dean of "Oil and gas and mechanics" faculty K.K.Shilibek and head of "Patents and metrology" department N.J.Jolamanov published books in 2010 based on inventions "100 inventions of doctor of technical sciences, professor A.Abduramanov" according to the security documents received within the last nineteen years in 2018, "Bibliographic Index of Intellectual Property of TarSU named after M.KH. Dulaty (1999-2018)”, in 2013 "Inventions in the Field of Hydraulic Engineering and Life Safety by professor S. Koibakov".

In the field of inventions, activity is shown by professor A.A. Abdramanov, doctor of technical sciences, professor S. Koibakov, doctor of technical sciences, professor I. Bekbasarov, doctor of technical sciences, professor A.A. Sagyndykov, candidate of technical sciences, professor A.Asanov, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor S. Zholdosov.

Inventions are mainly focused on the production of high-performance materials, machines and technologies, for the light, food, chemical, hydraulic and construction industries. The university is currently working closely with the National Institute of Intellectual property.

Authorship and invention figures of the university for 2020-2022

At the same time, university inventors regularly participated in the national competition “Shapagat” organised by the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inventions, and some of them won.  In 2014, by order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor S. Koibakov was awarded the title "Honoured Inventor" of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the results of the IX National Contest "Shapagat" in the field of inventions, Professor A.Abdramanov won the Gold Medal "for contribution to the field of inventions and patents" of the Eurasian Patent Organization. V.I. Blinnikov.

Associate Professor K.K. Shilibek, PhD, was awarded the "Best Inventor" diploma and a gold medal from the World Intellectual Property Organisation for the dissemination of industrial property patents and inventions.

Over the past three years, 60 monographs by university scholars have been published. To ensure the quality of monographs, all monographs prepared at the university since 2013 are sent to the State National Scientific and Technical Expertise Center for plagiarism testing. Only on the basis of the official opinion of this organization were monographs prepared by faculty members published.

In the context of today's globalization and international integration of science, the requirements for publication have changed dramatically. We know that the H-index, which determines the status of scientists in the global scientific community, is an indicator of a scientist's scientific metrics. This indicator illustrates the quantitative characteristics of a scientist, research group, scientific organization, or the scientific productivity of a country based on scientific articles and references to that article. The total number of publications published in journals included in the Web of Science and Scopus databases is 798.

Each year university faculty and staff have more than 1,000 publications in various publications as scholarly articles. For example, 1,573 papers were published in 2022.

Students of Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulaty actively participate in international, republican, regional, city and intra-university competitions.

Every year more than 100 students of our university become winners of competitions of various levels.

For example, in the competition for personal monthly scholarships among Kazakhstani students, annually organized by the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, students of Dulaty University actively participate and become winners - owners of personal scholarships of the Foundation.

For the last 3 years 57 students of our university took part in the competition for student scholarships of the Foundation, of which 11 students were recognized as winners:

In January 2023 students of the 2nd year of the department "Social Psychology" Dzhakipbekova Kurmanzhan took the 1st prize, Baum Arina, Yevstifeeva Dariya took the 2nd prize in the XXVIІІ International Symposium "Psychological problems of the meaning of life and acme", organized by the "Institute of Psychology" of the Russian Academy of Education, Moscow.

In February 2023, student Artel Dariya (FEL, 6B04214-Jurisprudence) for her work on the topic: "Legal regulation of determining shares in the common property of spouses" took 1st place in the V International Research Competition "Best Research Paper", organized by the Research Center "Innova", resort city of Anapa. Russia.

In April 2023, a team of 2nd and 3rd year students of the department of "Physics and IT" of the institute "Ustaz" (Abuova A. - Inf 21-1, Seydazimov A. - Inf 21-1, Islamov D. - Inf 21-1, Aueskhanova I. - Inf 21-1; Tairbekova G. - Inf 20-1, Taupayeva L. - Inf 20-1) took the 3rd prize in the national competition Smart City Hackathon, held in KazNU named after Al-Farabi and received a certificate in the amount of 150,000 tenge.

Student Sungat Dana (FEL, 6B04214-Jurisprudence) for her work on the topic: "Legal problems of small business development in Kazakhstan" received the 1st degree winner diploma in the VII International Research Contest "Best Student Work-2023", organized by the International Center for Scientific Cooperation "Science and Enlightenment", Penza, Russian Federation.

In October 2023, a team of students of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies - Darkhanbek Ayaulym, Ismail Ayaulym, Kanzhan Ayaulym, Kanatbek Ulzhan became winners in the intellectual team competition "Student Energy Challenge" of the Association "KAZENERGY" in partnership and with the financial support of the company "Shell Kazakhstan B.V." and received a prize fund of 5000 USD for the realization of their project "Manufacturing of membrane filters using agricultural waste and natural resources".

In December 2023, 10 applications were submitted by students of Dulaty University to the competition for awarding a grant of 500,000 tenge "Generations of Independence" of the Youth Resource Center of the Department of Internal Policy of the akimat of Taraz city, of which 5 were the Winners:

1. Seydazimov Aybek, Islamov Dinmukhamed, Ashimbekov Asylbek - students of the "Physics and IT" Department became winners in the nomination "Information Technologies".
2. 2. Zharylkasyn Dana, a student of the "World Languages" Department, became the winner in the nomination "Business".
3. Musa Nurdaulet, a student of the "Philology and Journalism" Department, became the winner in the nomination "Business".
4. 4. Orakbayeva Margaret, a student of the "Physics and Informatics" Department, became the winner in the nomination "Media".
5. 5. Aknamuradov Adlet - student of the "Music and Art Education" Department became the winner in the nomination "Science".

Awarding of winners took place on December 27, 2023 in Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Taraz city. The winners were awarded Diplomas and certificates in the amount of 500,000 tenge!

In December 2023, the student of the "Land Reclamation and Agronomy" Department Aueskhanova Aliman became the winner in the competition of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan on awarding a grant of 3 000 000 tenge "Generations of Independence" in the nomination "Media" for the realization of her project "Anti nakroTik Tok".

In 23rd March 2022 the student of the 3rd year, Educational programm "Finances" Asylbekova Aruzhan became the winner in the VI International competition of scientific works among students of higher educational institutions on transport economic problems on the theme "Economics of the unified transport system", held by the Russian University of Transport, Moscow.

In 15th of February 2022, students of IWMEM Bolatbek Aruzhan and Inkarbek Meruert received the Winner's Diploma for their scientific work "Accounting and assessment of agricultural land" in the V International Research Competition "Young Scientist", organized by the International Center for Scientific Cooperation "Science and Enlightenment", Russian Federation, Penza.

In 3rd March 2022 students of the specialty "Architecture" IWMEM Tulebayeva A., Raimkhanov A., Kosakova M., Kuderiyeva M. took the 1st place in the International competition of scientific, methodological and creative works "Homeland: society, security, ecology", organized by Izhevsk State Technical University named after Kalashnikov", Kirov.

In August 2022, students of Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulaty took part in the Project Accelerator of the Moscow House of Compatriots.

Teams from 7 countries participated in the Project Accelerator: Belarus, Lugansk People's Republic, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

It was the team from Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulaty "YOURPATH" was honored to represent Kazakhstan in the international arena, becoming finalists of the first qualifying stage among 5 participating teams from Kazakhstan.

In Moscow, the team gained invaluable experience, which they plan to share with students in the future and develop project activities at a new level in our country.

Kalmash Anel (Ustaz) was awarded the Diploma of the 1st degree, Yerbolatova Aysha (Ustaz) was awarded the Diploma of the 2nd degree, Akbergenova Damira, Akhmedova Maral, Yrbolatova Aysha (Ustaz) were awarded Diplomas of the 3rd degree in the International competition "Planet of Knowledge", Teplica, Czech Republic, 2021.

In 2021 Dulaty University students Doniyor Sharakhmanov (3rd year, Institute of "Water Management and Environmental Engineering"), Alexander Skalkin and Sanzhar Suleimenov (2nd year, Institute of "Ustaz") took the first place in the finals of the project "Sciens - Slam - Kazakhstan" in the framework of the I International Forum of Young Scientists "Intellectual potential of independent Kazakhstan: 30 years of formation and development", which was held in Almaty, in the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation.

In 2020, the winner of the Republican competition for the best scientific work of students in natural, technical and human sciences of the Fund of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Scientists of the Future" recognized the scientific work of the student of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences Imanaliyeva Aygerim for the scientific project on the theme "Biological objects of a person as an object of civil law".

FIT students Jeksembayev Yerlan (gr.B18IS-3) and Sarsen Adilzhan (gr.B17VTIPO-2) took the 3rd prize in the national competition Hackathon on development of software products among students of universities of Kazakhstan, held in the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after M.Kh.Yassavi, Turkistan, February 28-29, 2020.

The students of our university take an active part in the annual republican competition of students' research works on natural, technical, social-humanities and economic sciences, conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the basic universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Thus, in 2022-2023 academic year 86 research works of students (FEL-26, IWMEM-19, TF-17, FHSS-11, Ustaz-9, FAS-4, FIT-0) were organized and submitted to the national competition of research works of students in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The intra-university commission reviewed, selected and sent 71 works to 18 basic universities on 24 sections of research and development for participation in the 2nd round of the national competition of research works of students in universities of RK. 

For the last 3 years (2021-2023) 249 works have been submitted by the students of our university to the Republican Research and Development Contest, according to the results of which 32 students of Dulaty University became winners, which is 12.9% of the total number of works submitted to the contest.

Every year, since 2001, a competition for the qualification of "Student Researcher" has been held at our university. This competition is organized to stimulate the scientific activity of students and to identify the most talented and gifted among them. The qualification "Student-researcher" is awarded to students by the decision of the Academic Council of the University for effective scientific work, high academic performance.

In 2023, as a result of competitive selection, the qualification "Student Researcher" was awarded to 24 university students (Institute Ustaz - 2; FEL - 4; FIT - 3; IWMEM - 2; TF - 7; FAS - 1; FHSS - 5):

- Zholdybekova Dina, Baysultanova Anastasiya (Institute Ustaz);

- Torekhan Yermakhan, Bekmuratova Sholpan, Omiraly, Kenes Dariga (FEL);

- Makhmut Asima, Mamyraly Nazgul, Seksenbayeva Ayzat (FIT);

- Nuppay Daniyar, Lyuft Daniyil (IWMEM);

-Duyseni Zhasulan, Serikbayeva Araylym, Bayramova Zukhra, Zhuparbek Ayaulym, Begaly Merey, Yesengeldy Aruzhan, Satkozhayeva Elmira (TF);

- Bekturganova Shyraylym (FAS);

- Sagynbay Akerke, Adilov Magzhan, Musayeva Asel, Beysenaly Kymbat, Kauymbayeva Nazerke (FHSS).

Since the organization and holding of this competition (2001-2023), 379 students of our university have received the qualification "Student Researcher".

In total, 381 students of Dulaty University took part in international, republican, regional, city and university competitions in 2022, according to the results of which 143 students became winners, including 52 - winners of international competitions, 49 - republican, 42 - regional, city and university competitions.

Бүгін Чэнду универсиадасы Қазақстан ұлттық құрамасының алғашқы делегациясын қабылдады.

Қытайда Халық Республикасы, Чэнду қаласында 27 шілде - 8 тамыз аралығында  өтетін ХХХІ жазғы Дүниежүзілік универсиадада ұлттық құрама сапында Дулати университетінің 2 студенті ел намысын қорғайды.

Айта кету керек, бұл додаға 170 елдің студенттері қатысады.

Ал Қазақстан құрамасында дүбірлі додаларда бақ сынап жүрген таэквондошы, Дулати университетінің Дене шынықтыру және спорт мамандығының 4 курс студенті Александр Тэн жеке бағдарлама бойынша сынға түседі. Алғашқы әскери даярлық мамандығының 2 курс студенті Абдурашит Абдуллаев ушу спортынан қатысады.

2023 FISU жазғы универсиадасы биыл Қытайдың Чэнду қаласында өтеді. Әлем студенттері түрлі спорт түрлері бойынша сынға түсетін жарыс 28 шілдеде басталады.

Әлемдік жазғы универсиадада ел намысын қорғайтын Қазақстан құрамасы келесі аптада Чэнду қаласына аттанады.

Ұлттық құрамаға шақырту алған М.Х.Дулати атындағы Тараз өңірлік университетінің студенті Абдурашид Абдуллаев у-шудан халықаралық аренада алғаш рет бақ сынағалы отыр.

«Өнер және спорт» факультетінің «Алғашқы әскери даярлық және дене тәрбиесі» кафедрасында 3-курста білім алып жатқан Абдурашид ересектер арасында у-шудан Қазақстанның 3 дүркін чемпионы. Әр жылдарда жүлделі орындарды еншілеп жүрген спортшы соңғы үш жылда жеңісті ешкімге бермей келеді.

Тараз қаласында туып-өскен Абдурашид Абдуллаев балалармен бірге спорт залына барып жүріп, у-шуға қызығушылығы оянғанын айтады. Алғашқы күннен бастап Мухиддин Маюфи бапкердің қарамағында жаттығып келе жатқан ол халықаралық аренада үлкен жетістіктерге жетуді армандайды.
