Publishing House "Taraz Universiteti" 

Publishing house "Taraz Universiteti" is a structural unit of M.Kh.Dulaty TarSU preparing and publishing educational, methodological, scientific and specialized literature, as well as reprinting existing literature, which is in high demand. Publishing house "Taraz Universiteti" was created by a decision of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Public Accord of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2002 (No. 19-081 of October 21, 2002).

The right to publishing is granted by Decree No. 3 of October 6, 2000, of the Presidium of National Academy of Education named after Y.Altynsarin of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the publishing house is to prepare and publish a qualitatively new educational, methodological, scientific and specialized literature in accordance with the annual thematic plan of the publication, approved by the decision of the Academic Council of TarSU, as well as departmental literature included in the plan of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to ensure the educational process and scientific growth of academic staff of  M.Kh. Dulaty TarSU.

The publishing house publishes monographs, scientific collections, reports, abstracts, bulletins, journals, abstract journals, abstracts, blank documentation, etc.

Publishing house "Taraz Universiteti" provides paid services both within the university and to third-party organizations. Publishing house "Taraz Universitі" actively cooperates with universities and secondary specialized educational institutions of the city and region.

The structure of the publishing house "Taraz Universiteti" includes 2 groups that ensure its effective activity: computer (5 people) and production (4 people). The publishing house is equipped with qualified personnel, equipped with modern computer technology and printing equipment.

The computer typing and typesetting sector is led by an editor whose duties are editing. Under her leadership, experts prepare a signal instance and carry out computer design, typesetting of the issued educational, educational, methodical and scientific literature in Kazakh, Russian, English and German, which meets the requirements of the state educational standard.

Under the leadership of the head of the production sector, he performs the duplication of publications and blank documentation, as well as other printing works.

Publishing house “Taraz Universiteti” publishes scientific journals “Vestnik TarSU”, “Mechanics and Technology”.

The scientific journal “TarMU Khabarshysy” - “Vestnik TarSU” is a body of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University. The purpose of the journal is to convey new ideas, problematic issues of science and technology, new developments and research by a wide range of specialists. Materials are published - 4 issues per year in Kazakh and Russian. The magazine is designed for a wide range of scientists, university professors, industrialists, doctoral students, graduate students and specialists in commercial and investment structures.

Currently, the publishing house of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University is a recognized leader in university book publishing in the Zhambyl region. The high status of the TarSU publishing house is determined, first of all, by the results of the work. Over the past 5 years, more than 80 titles of books and brochures with more than 700 printed pages have been issued. To achieve the objectives in this direction, the university has created all the necessary conditions.

At present, the technical base of the Taraz University publishing house has been strengthened and the printing house is constantly updating with modern publishing equipment, digital and large format printing systems, and the computer park is being modernized.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE DEPARTMENT:

The purpose of the departmental archive is a methodological guide to the process of ensuring storage, accounting of documents generated in the course of the university’s activities of practical and scientific importance.

The main tasks of the departmental archive are:

• • completion of the university’s departmental archive with documents generated as a result of the university’s activities;
• • accounting, preservation, creation of a scientific and reference apparatus, use of documents temporarily stored in the departmental archive of the university;
• • preparation and timely transfer of documents related to the composition of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state storage in the corresponding state archive in compliance with established requirements;
• • monitoring the formation and execution of affairs in the office work of the university.

Дулати университетінде Әбу Насыр әл-Фарабидің  1150 жылдығына орай онлайн режимде іс-шара өтті.  Онлайн режимдегі іс-шараға оқытушылар мен студенттер қатысты. Іс-шара өткізу үшін ZOOM платформасы қолданылды. Жиын барысында оқытушылар мен студенттер Әл-Фараби мұрасын талқылады.

Әл-фарабиді  Аристотельден кейін "екінші мұғалім" деп бекер айтпаған. Ол адам өмірінің барлық салаларын қамтитын бай мәдени мұра қалдырды. Өз өмірі үшін ол әртүрлі тақырыптарға 170-тен астам еңбек жазды.

Іс-шара барысында ұлы ойшылдың мұралары туралы білімдермен бөлісіп, оның еңбектері заманауи әлемге қандай әсер еткенін талқылады. Его не зря называют «вторым учителем» после великого философа Аристотеля. Он оставил после себя богатое культурное наследие, которое охватывает практически все сферы жизнедеятельности человека. За свою жизнь он написал более 170 трудов на самые различные темы.

В нашем вузе состоялось в режиме онлайн состоялось мероприятие, посвященное  1150 – летию великого ученого, математика, теоретика музыки, философа средних веков Абу Насра аль-Фараби, отмечаемого мировым сообществом в 2020 году.

Для проведения использовалась платформа  ZOOM. Участники – профессорско-преподавательский состав, студенты. Мероприятие проходило в формате дискуссии в ходе которое  делились знаниями о наследии Великого мыслителя, дискуссировали о том, какое влияние оказали его труды на современный мир. Участники отмечали, что в философских трудах аль-Фараби делается упор на гуманизм, духовный рост человека, развитие таких качеств как толерантность, образованность, благородство, доброта. Мнения, выступающих сходились на том, что актуальность трудов аль-Фараби – на века, что они нацелены на помощь в формировании гармоничной личности. Его трактаты заставляют думать, анализировать. Автор работ использует сравнение и говорит о возможных последствиях при выборе того или иного пути. Труды аль-Фараб понятны каждому, ведь, написаны доступным языком.

There are 3 student dormitories at Taraz State University. Student dormitory No. 1 for 468 beds is located in Nietkaliev Street, 2. Student dormitory No. 2 for 189 beds is located ain Satpayev Street, 25, student dormitory No. 3 for 177 beds is located in Karatau, in Akshoraev Street, 3.
The provision of dormitories for students in higher education institutions is carried out in accordance with the Public Service Standard (students receiving social benefits are provided with a place in the hostel without fail). First of all, these are people with disabilities from a number of persons with disabilities; disabled since childhood; disabled people of I and II groups; children with disabilities, orphans and children left without parental care, students with both parents, or one of them is disabled; youth from rural areas, people enrolled in specialties that determine the socio-economic development of villages; as well as “oralmans” who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan; students enrolled in the first year and holding the title "Altyn belgi"; students enrolled in the first year who scored high points according to the results of UNT and are the owners of state educational grants; students from among foreign citizens in accordance with international and intergovernmental agreements.
In student dormitory 210 foreign citizens are provided with places. During the placement in the student dormitory, each student is explained in bilingual rights and obligations of students living in the hostel. Each of them is personally given a memo, in order to comply with the safety of living in a hostel, a set of measures is taken to combat fires, and if possible, the living conditions of students are improved. Students living in the Student House, under normal conditions, get the opportunity to use online resources and classes in sports and cultural events. University teachers are on duty in dormitories, the activities of Student Councils and Student Starostats are effectively organized. In order to effectively use students' free time, various patriotic, spiritual and moral events, and events promoting a healthy lifestyle are organized. Namely: “Zhataghana Aruy 2018”, “Taza Bulme”, etc.

At the lessons of the studio of folk instruments (head D.Basykaraev), students gain practical skills in the technique of performing kui on dombra, as well as knowledge about the culture, history, and traditions of the Kazakh people.

The most gifted students in the ensemble of folk instruments "Tumar" perform on the stages of the university and the city.

In the modeling studio, all interested students are taught to move beautifully, plastically, gracefully and professionally, walk on the catwalk, (show off outfits). National stylized stage costumes, qualitatively made by highly qualified craftsmen for models, are known throughout the republic for their originality and elegant lines, are in demand, meet aesthetic taste, arouse the interest of the audience and are an ornament of any holiday. University students in such stage costumes with a national flavor perform on various stages, meet high-ranking guests coming on an official visit, which is pride and prestige for the university.

ZHARASBEKOV NURSULTAN KULMIRZAYEVICH

In the classes of the vocal studio (headed by B.Sultanbekova and N.Zharasbekov), students develop their musical abilities, gain knowledge about the work of the vocal apparatus, the qualities of vocal sound, performance techniques, stage culture and musical literature. During the academic year, vocally gifted students have the opportunity to perform in front of a large audience on the stages of concert halls of the university, the city house of culture, and participate in creative competitions of the city and region. The singers perform solo, as well as as part of the duo "Zhasnur", the trio "Tarlan", "Nazar", the group "Zhalyn" songs by Kazakh, Uzbek, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkmen, Korean, Indian, Polish, Armenian authors.

The university has created a vocal and instrumental ensemble "Univer" (headed by A.Kushakov), equipped with all the necessary instruments (drum kit, guitar, bass guitar, shaker, keyboard instrument, conga). VIA enjoys great success and popularity among students and teachers.

This academic year, the School of Presenters (headed by G.Dzhurabayeva) began its work, which makes it possible to prepare in a larger number of leading events, to educate students in the ability to perform in front of a huge audience, to master stage culture, to give confidence in their abilities, which in the future will contribute to mastering their main profession, becoming a comprehensively developed, competitive specialist.

QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCE INCREASED COURSES AT THE BASIS OF THE 2018-2019 ACADEMIC YEAR. 1 SEMESTER

The university is systematically working to form an effective system of multilingual education. Multilingual education helps to improve the skills of the academic staff and students of the university in three languages to the same extent for their simultaneous use in the educational process.
In the implementation of the State Program for the Development of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020, the cultural project "The Trinity of Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan" by the decision of the Academic Council of the University in 2013, 4 special departments were opened in the specialties "5В030100 - Law", "5В030200 - International Law", "5В070100 - Biotechnology" and "5В060700 - Biology". Preparatory work is currently underway to open special groups for admission students in 2014 in the specialties of Jurisprudence, International Law, Biology, Biotechnology, where there are all the necessary resources in the form of prepared teaching staff, teaching materials, and specialized literature.
In the 2014-2015 academic year, a special department of multilingual education "5В090200 - Tourism" was opened.
In the 2015-2016 academic year, special departments of multilingual education were opened in the following specialties: “5B060800-Ecology”, “5B070800-Oil and Gas Business”, “5B050800-Accounting and Auditing”.
In accordance with the Development Strategy of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University, English courses for faculty and postgraduate students and doctoral students are held, additional language training is organized to prepare students and undergraduates for the IELTS exam. 4 classrooms are equipped for teaching the studied disciplines in English, equipped with modern digital audio-video equipment, computers connected to the Internet, interactive whiteboards and other means to compensate for the lack of a language environment.
English courses
English language courses are a free educational service for teaching faculty, doctoral students, undergraduates and university students.
The standard period for the development of training programs (levels - A, A2, B1, B2) in courses is 72 hours.
The training is carried out according to the schedule approved by the first vice-rector, compiled by the department of software and PC teaching staff.
In case the student misses the 5th and / or more lesson for no good reason, the students are expelled. The expulsion from among the students is made out by order of the rector.
Training in the courses ends with a comprehensive testing of the student, determining his willingness to move to the next level of training.
After completing the course according to the results of the test, students are issued a certificate of level of knowledge of a foreign language. Validity of certificate: up to two years.
