Dulaty University has officially launched its comprehensive training program "Strategy for Developing Dulaty University Faculties Based on Artificial Intelligence" which runs from December 1, 2025, to February 27, 2026. This three-month program consists of four sequential modules, combining offline sessions, online training, individual consultations, and the final presentation of strategic projects. The participants include faculty administrators, instructors, and researchers, each working on interconnected yet distinct components of the overall transformation process.
The launch of this program is driven by the clear need and urgency to modernize the university’s management, educational, and research processes amid rapid digital transformation. Universities today face new challenges: rising expectations for education quality, increased competition, a systemwide shift toward data-driven decision-making, and growing demands from government, students, and employers. In this context, the integration of artificial intelligence into strategic planning, curriculum design, and research workflows becomes critically important. This program directly responds to these needs by shaping a new culture of digital thinking, agile management, and project-based development across all academic departments.
Throughout the program, each participant group works toward a specific final product that contributes to the university’s unified transformation model. Administrators develop mini-strategies for their faculties; instructors create AI-powered versions of their academic disciplines; and researchers design AI-driven research projects, including article structures, data analysis methods, and conceptual models. These outputs complement each other and together shape a coherent pathway for faculty-level development based on modern digital tools.
The upcoming modules in December, January, and February will include deeper work with data, advanced application of AI in educational and research projects, the development of strategic roadmaps, presentation of interim results, and final refinement of all materials. The program will conclude with a final defense, where faculties present their completed AI-based development strategies, instructors showcase full AI-enhanced course designs, and researchers deliver their finalized AI-driven research frameworks and draft articles.
The implementation of this program represents an important step toward building a new institutional model at Dulaty University—one grounded in innovation, data, and the transformative potential of artificial intelligence. This initiative will significantly strengthen the university’s position within the modern global higher education landscape.
