The Chancellery is a structural unit of the Taraz Regional University named after M.H. Dulati, created in accordance with the Decision of the Board of Directors of the University of November 25, 2021.

The main objectives and objectives of the office are:

• implementation of an electronic document management system, improvement of work on the consideration of citizens' applications, document management and organization of document management processes during accounting and registration, as well as control over execution.
• forecasting the state and management of processes aimed at improving the work of the Office;
• organization of interaction with other structural subdivisions in order to ensure the production activities of the university;
• organization, provision of electronic document management at the university;
• implementation of the main stages of the university's development strategy.
• reception, registration and control over the execution of all incoming correspondence from ministries and departments, institutions, organizations, akimats, universities and other subjects of legal entities and individuals;
• preparation of relevant documents for drawing up the nomenclature of cases for the university, their approval by the regional archive, distribution of relevant copies for execution by all structural subdivisions;
• implementation of the university's development strategy.
