The Department of "Theory of Physical Education and Sports" at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University was established in 2013 and has been training specialists in the field of physical education and sports for the region and the Republic ever since.
Currently, the department employs two PhD holders, three "Honorary Professors" of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz University, two associate professors (docents), seventeen senior lecturers, and two lecturers.
The department aims to train highly qualified bachelors equipped with theoretical, medical, and biological knowledge and skills in the field of physical education and sports, as well as practical abilities to apply informational and educational technologies. It also fosters mastery of pedagogical interaction methods that ensure demand and success in the chosen professional field.
