On 5 December 2025, Dulaty University held an extended strategic session with the participation of Mr. S.V. Khristolyubov, Regional Director of QS. This analytical and strategic meeting represents an important step in the university’s preparation for the QS 2027 ranking cycle and in strengthening its position within the global higher education landscape.
During the session, QS presented a comprehensive set of analytical materials, including Dulaty University’s performance across the QS Asia University Rankings, the QS Sustainability Rankings, as well as subject-specific indicators within the QS World University Rankings by Subject methodology. These data enabled a thorough assessment of the university’s current standing, identification of strengths, and recognition of development areas requiring targeted improvement.
Particular attention was given to enhancing research productivity, expanding international scientific collaborations, increasing citation impact, strengthening internationalization efforts, and advancing the university’s contribution to sustainable development. The analytical insights presented by QS provide a solid foundation for developing mechanisms to improve performance across key ranking indicators.
To ensure systematic progress, the university initiated a series of strategic sessions that will continue over the coming weeks, focusing on:

- - developing measures to improve international and employer reputation;
- - strengthening research capacity and human capital;
- - refining subject-level strategies in alignment with global ranking requirements;
- - planning actions to increase publication output and international project engagement.
The outcomes of this session will form the basis of Dulaty University’s renewed development strategy aimed at enhancing global competitiveness, strengthening research excellence, and building a modern academic environment that aligns with international standards of quality.
