SCIENTIFIC EVENTS
Scientists of the University present the results of their research at conferences, symposiums and forums at different levels in Kazakhstan and abroad. Every year the university organizes regional, national and international conferences in various fields of science.
Representatives of JSC "Science Foundation" together with the Department of Science and Commercialization of Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulaty held a seminar on grant funding, commercialization of results, proper application, preparation of documents, etc. The joint seminar was held on June 15, 2023 at the conference hall of the main building of Dulaty University.
Production equipment of the enterprise is part of its material and technical base, the growth and improvement of which is the most important condition for increasing the volume of turnover, profit and increasing their technical equipment. For this purpose on June 01, 2023 in the conference hall named after the 25th anniversary of Independence was held a scientific seminar with the participation of Dr. Sherov Karibek Takaevich, professor of the department of "Technological machines and equipment" of the Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University named after S. Seifullin.
The seminar was attended by faculty members and doctoral students of the Department of "Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering", "Transport Engineering and Technology" "Textiles, Material Science and Standardization", "Technical Physics". Innovative technologies in mechanical engineering, technologies of thermofriction machining (at low speeds) with pulse cooling, rotary friction turning of parts of bodies of rotation, rotary friction milling of flat surfaces, thermofriction milling of external cylindrical surfaces, etc. were considered. And the issues of cooperation in the field of science, development of internal mobility of teaching staff and students were also considered.
On April 18, 2023, a grand gathering was held at Dulaty University to celebrate "Science Workers' Day". During the event, an exhibition of scientific projects that made a significant contribution to the development of science, made scientific discoveries and received awards in various nominations was organized.
Science takes a long search and painstaking work. The projects of industry specialists are evaluated at a high level and used in production. It is a clear demonstration of the work done for the good of the country. The work of scientists who not only earned the title of scientist, but also strived for years to innovate has not gone unnoticed.
At the same time, the rector of the University Mukhtar Baizhumanov awarded a number of scientists with Honorary Diploma and letters of thanks of Dulaty University. Also at this meeting on the eve of the Day of Scientific Workers on April 12 were awarded to professors, scientists awarded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
– For the last 3 years our scientists have realized 26 research projects, including: 14 projects on grant basis and 9 projects on contractual basis, 3 international projects. Total financing of research and development work amounted to about 362.4 million tenge, having increased several times compared to previous years. Scientific results of the university faculty are traditionally published in the form of articles, reports, monographs and patents. "Over the last 3 years, 120 patents have been obtained, about 70 monographs have been published", says rector Mukhtar Kazybekovich.
The gala assembly continued with stage performances by creative students. Heartbreaking, energetic songs were sung, and unusual scenes made it seem as if they had been shaken by events in history.
On April 12, 2023 the founding meeting of Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulaty with Moscow University named after A.S. Griboyedov was held.
The meeting was held in online format and was attended by the First Vice Rector of Griboyedov Moscow University N. V. Avtionov and the management of the Faculty of Economics and Law of Dulaty University.
The meeting discussed some issues of cooperation in accordance with the previously signed agreement on education and scientific and technical cooperation, as well as the creation of a roadmap of cooperation between universities for the next 5 years.
Partner universities are considering the following issues:
- Realization of academic mobility of teaching staff and students;
- development and implementation of joint educational programs;
- development and realization of joint scientific projects,
- joint organization of scientific seminars, conferences and webinars.
Contributing to scientific progress is a separate success for a scientist. In this sphere Myrzashev Sagatbek is one of the tops. At the republican scientific-practical conference, which was held on April 17, 2023 in Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulaty, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, colleagues dwelled in more detail on the achievements and successes of the jubilee on the life path.
The conference started with the ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to the founder of the hydro-complex town, outstanding scientist Mars Urkimbayev. The jubilee event was opened and conducted by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Makhmetgaly Sarybekov.
At the conference, scientists of technical and hydromelioration and construction industries made reports on various topics, elaborated on the prospects of development of underground minerals lying in deep layers, preservation of environmental ecology, effective use of drinking and reclamation canals.
Sagatbek Myrzashev did a lot to raise the scientific potential of the industry. On a winter day, he simplified the construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline while creating a unique technical installation and working tools for excavation, road construction, and mining operations. This and other achievements of the scientist were told at the meeting.
Sagatbek Myrzashev's book "Ғылым жолындағы ғұмырым (Gylym zholundagy gumyrym)" was presented at the conference.

On March 28, 2023 the international scientific conference "Independent Kazakhstan: Language and Onomastics" was held
The conference with the participation of university scientists from Turkey, Uzbekistan, Karakalpakstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan discussed the issue of the state language, the role of onomastics in the revival of historical memory. Scholars have focused on papers and methods published in the field during the years of independence.
At the conference, Professor Orhan Soilemez, Ph.D., of the Department of Modern Turkic Languages and Literature at Kastamonu University, in his report on "Language, Literature and National Identity in Independent Kazakhstan," focused on the direction of linguistic education and methodology of teaching the Kazakh language during the years of independence. The professor highlighted that the right political and cultural agendas have been adopted in the rekazakhization of land and water names. He pointed out that it is important to analyze the results of the formation of national onomastics directions at the international level in order to reform writing and develop national values.
Yrysty Kuttymuratova, Doctor of Philology, Head of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature of Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Azhiniyaz, analyzed "Toponymic Names in Karakalpakstan". She noted that the similarities in the word usage of the sister countries can be seen in the names of places.
The conference, at which scientists from neighboring countries shared their ideas about the origin, development and ways of formation of names of places and water bodies, was very fruitful. In doing so, she defined the place and role of national cognitive manifestations in the education of the future generation and in general.
At the last meeting about 20 scholars presented their scientific concepts from different aspects of the field of onomastics. And new information was announced about the names of places and bodies of water.
DOUBLE (DUAL) DEGREE EDUCATION
Under agreements with foreign universities, Taraz Regional University named after M. Kh. Dulaty teaches students under the program of double-degree education in the following universities:

Lublin Polytechnic University (Poland)
Joint educational programs:

In May 2013, there was concluded a memorandum of bilateral cooperation between our university and Lublin Polytechnic University (Poland).
There was also concluded "Supplementary Agreement" between both universities, providing training of students and undergraduates in joint educational programs.
Stages and duration of training for the master's degree are determined according to the schedules of the educational process of the partner universities and jointly developed working curricula for the specialties "Automated Communications Management Systems" of Lublin Polytechnic University (Poland), as well as "Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications", "Fiber Optic Communications Systems" of Dulati University.
In accordance with this agreement, a master's student of "Automation and Control" E.Turgynbekov in the 2015-2016 academic year took and completed the joint program and received a master's degree in electrical engineering with a specialization in "Intelligent Technologies in Electrical Engineering" (Poland). During the implementation of the joint educational program, the master's student in the first year of study mastered 30 Kazakh credits, and during his studies in Poland he mastered 62 ECTS credits, including the defense of the master's thesis.
During the visit of the university chancellor Professor M.N. Sarybekov to Lublin in 2018, an additional agreement was signed on joint educational programs for undergraduate programs, which allowed the first students to enter in 2019. The following students are currently enrolled at Lublin Polytechnic University:

Polytechnic Institute of Braganza (Portugal)

From July 18 to 22, 2017, Professor Gomesh Elder gave lectures and seminars at the university as part of the Erasmus+ program. As a result of his visit, an agreement was signed on the implementation of a joint educational master's degree program in chemical engineering. The working group of the university (consisting of Abdikarimova Z.T., Malibekov A.K., Faizova E.R., Masalimova B.K., Tsoy I.G., Chernyavskaya N.P.) agreed and signed the following documents regulating the learning process under the double diploma programs:
- Joint Educational Master's Degree Program "Chemical Engineering
- Syllabus of the Joint Master's Degree Program "Chemical Engineering"
- Rules of education in the Joint Master's Degree Program "Chemical Engineering"
Each year two master's students from the university will be able to be enrolled in a joint master's program. According to the rules of Erasmus Plus and the dual-degree project, the university must send master's students who have completed the first academic year of the master's program. Our master's students will study for one year at Bragansa and write their thesis there. Each master's student is expected to be assigned supervisors from Bragansa and from Dulati University. At the end of the joint degree program, students will receive two diplomas, one from Bragansa University and one from Dulati University. Dual qualifications will be awarded for this type of joint program. The tuition for the students will be free, with a scholarship.
As part of the implementation of the MES RK program "Attracting foreign specialists in the top management of higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017" from October to December 2017, Professor Dr. Albano Alvesh was invited to Taraz Regional University named after M.H. Dulaty. He held the position of Vice Chancellor for Innovation and Information Technology. Albano Alvesh worked together with a specially formed working group consisting of vice-rectors and heads of departments of the university. As a result of the visit an agreement was signed on implementation of a joint educational master's program in information systems specialization.
At the present time the master's student Popov N. is studying in the program "Chemical Engineering".
Altai State University (The RF)
Agreement between Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh. Dulaty and Altai State University on the implementation of master's programs within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization University was concluded on February 09, 2015. The main purpose of this agreement is to train masters in the areas of Ecology, Geoecology and Environmental Management. In 2016 the university was allocated one place to study for one academic year on a joint educational program. Department of "Ecology" selected the candidacy of a second-year master's student Tulepova Raikhan, who upon completion of training received a diploma of Taraz Regional University named after M.Kh.Dulaty and Altai State University.

Strengthening of language training representatives of the Kazakh Diaspora and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, living in countries near and far abroad (China, Uzbekistan, Mongolian people's Republic, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Russia), who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and preparation for the Unified national testing for admission to higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan with improving basic General education.
In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 1996 "On the State program of support for compatriots living abroad», on the basis of a letter of the Department of higher and postgraduate education of the Ministry of education and science of the RK dated December 25, 2002 №5-4/828 and decree of the Minister of education and science of Kazakhstan from December 27, 2002 №899 "On the organization of teaching and educational work of students of the preparatory Department" 3 January 2003 at the faculty of advanced training and pre-University training of M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz state University the Department of pre-University training was opened. Due to the disbandment of the Faculty of Advanced Training at the end of 2004, since 2005 it has been reorganized into the center of pre-university training. In connection with the reorganization of structural divisions, since 2013 the preparatory center was renamed the Department of Pre-university Training.02.11-15.06.16. in order to fully master the educational building of the Faculty of General Education Disciplines of M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University and effectively use educational and methodological laboratories in it, the department of pre-university training carried out its work in Karatau.
Since October 2020, in connection with the merger of M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University and Taraz State Pedagogical University, the language training course at this university has been included in the preparatory department of Dulaty University Department of Pre-university Training

The Department students are taught by University lecturers, masters and senior teachers such as: A. Nurimbetov, N. T. A. G. Rakhimov, A. Awanebi, J. Chotaeva, Sh Saparbekova, T. Iltaly, S. Aidarbekov, T. Salame, G. Karibaeva, B. Maldibaev, D. Kemelova.
Updating the material base of the department of pre-university training, in 2.6 building of the university, offices and classrooms are allocated for administrative management and organization of the educational process. Students are provided with a hostel, in which all conditions are provided. The hostel has a reading room with 50 seats.
For the purpose of in-depth study of the Kazakh language and history for representatives of the Kazakh diaspora from abroad, special attention is paid to the study of the Kazakh language and history of Kazakhstan, and in language training courses - English. Along with these disciplines, mathematics is also studied as the main subject. The program in the Kazakh language will teach students to write the Kazakh alphabet correctly, the development of speech in their native language, the assimilation of the language systems of the Kazakh language. The subject of mathematics helps to master the solution of complex mathematical, algebraic and geometric problems, starting with simple arithmetic operations. Specialized disciplines: Kazakh literature, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, world history, English, Russian are taught in accordance with general education programs.
In order to familiarize students with the sights of the region, teachers organize tourist trips to the holy and beautiful places of Taraz: Aisha-Bibi, Karakhan Baba, Tekturmas, as well as historical places of Arystan Bab, Kozha Akhmet Yassaui, Otyrar of South Kazakhstan region. Guided tours of the halls of the regional museum of local lore, telling about the history of the city of Taraz and Zhambyl oblast.
Students of pre-university training take an active part in various socio-cultural and sport events of the university and take prizes.

Оқытушылар қауымы білім қуған қандас шәкірттерімізді тарих толқынынан тағылым алуы мақсатында киелі Тараз шаһарының қасиетті жерлері Айша Бибі, Қарахан баба, Тектұрмас, сондай-ақ Оңтүстік Қазақстан облысындағы Арыстан Баб, Қожа Ахмет Яссауи, Отырар сынды тарихи орындармен таныстыра отырып, олардың тарихи танымын кеңінен түсіндіруді дәстүрге айналдырған. 2000 жылдық тарихы бар көне шаһардың ішіне бүккен талайғы тылсым дүниелерінің кілтін ашып, сырына қанығу кімді де болса қызықтыратыны шындық. Осы мақсатта тыңдаушыларымызды Тараздың тарихын шертетін орталық мұражаймен таныстыру ұмыт қалдырылмайды.
Университетте өткізілетін түрлі қоғамдық-мәдени іс-шаралар, спарткиадалардың өткізілуінде дайындық бөлімі белсенділік танытып, жүлделі орындардан көрінуде.
Жыл өткен сайын дайындық бөлімінде тыңдаушыларға дәріс беретін оқытушылардың іс-тәжірибесі шындалып, алдағы уақытта жоғары көрсеткіштерге жетуге мүдделі.

Усиление языковой подготовки представителей казахской диаспоры и граждан Республики Казахстан, проживающих в странах ближнего и дальнего зарубежья (Китайская Народная Республика, Республика Узбекистан, Монгольская Народная Республика, Узбекистан, Туркменистан, Кыргызстан, Таджикистан, Россия), не являющихся гражданами Республики Казахстан, и подготовку к Единому национальному тестированию для поступления в высшие учебные заведения Республики Казахстан с повышением уровня базового общего образования.
В целях реализации Указа Президента Республики Казахстан от 31 декабря 1996 года «О государственной программе поддержки соотечественников, проживающих за рубежом», на основании письма Департамента высшего и послевузовского профессионального образования Министерства образования и науки РК от 25 декабря 2002 года №5-4/828 и приказа министра образования и науки РК от 27 декабря 2002 года №899 «Об организации учебной и воспитательной работы слушателей подготовительного отделения» 3 января 2003 года на факультете повышения квалификации и довузовской подготовки Таразского государственного университета им. М.Х. Дулати был открыт отдел довузовской подготовки. В силу расформирования факультета повышения квалификации в конце 2004 года, с 2005 года был реорганизован в центр довузовской подготовки. В связи с реорганизацией структурных подразделений, с 2013 года подготовительный центр был переименован в Отдел довузовской подготовки.02.11-15.06.16 гг. с целью полного освоения учебного корпуса факультета общеобразовательных дисциплин Таразского государственного университета им.М. Х. Дулати и эффективного использования в нем учебно-методических лабораторий отдел довузовской подготовки осуществлял свою работу в г. Каратау.
С октября 2020 года в связи с объединением Таразского государственного университета им. М. Х. Дулати и Таразского государственного педагогического университета курс языковой подготовки при данном университете был включен в подготовительное отделение Университета Дулати

В отделе слушателям преподают доценты университета, магистры и старшие преподаватели такие как: А. Нуримбетов, Н. Асылбекова, Г. Рахимова, А. Ауғанбаева, Ж. Шонтаева, Ш. Сапарбекова, Т. Елтайұлы, С. Айдарбеков, Т. Салмұхамедов, Г. Какибаева, Б. Малдыбаева, Д. Кемелова.
Обновляя материальную базу отдела довузовской подготовки, в корпусе 2.6 университета выделены кабинеты и аудитории для административного управления и организации учебно-воспитательного процесса. Слушатели обеспечены общежитием, в котором предусмотрены все условия. В общежитии работает читальный зал на 50 мест.
В целях углубленного изучения казахского языка и истории для представителей казахской диаспоры из-за рубежа особое внимание уделяется изучению казахского языка и истории Казахстана, а на курсах языковой подготовки - английскому языку. Наряду с указанными дисциплинами математика также изучается как основной предмет. Программа по казахскому языку позволит обучить слушателей грамотному написанию казахского алфавита, развитию речи на родном языке, усвоению языковых систем казахского языка. Предмет математики помогает освоить решение сложных математических, алгебраических и геометрических задач, начиная с простых арифметических действий. Профильные дисциплины: казахская литература, физика, химия, биология, география, всемирная история, английский язык, русский язык проводятся в соответствии с общеобразовательными программами.
В целях ознакомления слушателей с достопримечательностями региона, преподавателями организовывается туристические поездки по святым и красивым местам Тараза: Айша-Биби, Карахан баба, Тектурмас, а также историческим местам Арыстан баб, Кожа Ахмет Яссауи, Отырар Южно-казахстанской области. Проводят экскурсии по залам областного краеведческого музея, рассказывающим об истории города Тараз и Жамбылской области.
Слушатели довузовской подготовки принимают активное участие в различных общественно-культурных, спортивных мероприятиях университета и занимают призовые места.

Center goals:
- Strengthening students' innovative and entrepreneurial skills, developing curricula on entrepreneurship and innovation systems, as well as conducting trainings / seminars and business consultations for students, teachers and all start-up entrepreneurs;
- introduction of a methodology for assessing innovative competencies of novice entrepreneurs to assess the possibility of running their own business and putting forward new business ideas;
- creation and development of the institute of mentoring;
- increasing the culture of innovation in the region and in the country;
- consolidation of efforts of the Center with all regional structures involved in the training of innovative entrepreneurs and the business community;

Видение Центра - стать лидером региона в области подготовки специалистов, обладающих знаниями и предпринимательскими навыками, которые способствуют экономическому развитию и благосостоянию.

ОРТА МЕКТЕПТЕРДЕ ӨТІЛЕТІН «ЗАЙЫРЛЫЛЫҚ ЖӘНЕ ДІНТАНУ НЕГІЗДЕРІ» ПӘНІНІҢ САПАЛЫҒЫН АРТТЫРУ ЖОЛДАРЫ
2021 жылдың 25-29 қантар аралығында Жамбыл облысы әкімдігі білім басқармасының ұйымдастыруымен №36, №3, №5 орта мектептерінің 9-11 сынып оқушылары мен «Зайырлылық және дінтану негіздері» пәнінің мұғалімдеріне дін саласындағы ақпараттық-түсіндіру жұмыстары ZOOM платформасы арқылы онлайн кездесу өтілді. Аталған кездесуге Жамбыл облыстық және Тараз қалалық дін саласындағы ақпараттық-түсіндіру тобының мүшесі ретінде, дінтанушы Б.Қ.Алпысбаев шақырылып, ҚР дін саласындағы мемлекеттік саясатының 2021-2023 жылдарға арналған кешенді жоспарымен таныстырып өтті. ҚР діни экстремизм мен терроризмге қарсы іс-қимыл жөніндегі 2018-2022 жылдарға арналған бағдарламасын іске асыру барысында «Зайырлылық және дінтану негіздері» пәнінің сапалық жүйесін жақсарту, жастардың діни сауаттылығын қалыптастыру, діни экстремизм мен терроризмнің алдын-алу мақсатында ағартушылық жұмыстарды жаңғырту және интернет-желісінде күмәнді діни парақшалардан сақ болу туралы оқушыларға кеңінен түсіндірілді. ҚР «діни қызмет және діни бірлестіктер туралы» заңға байланысты сұрақтар қойылып, өзекті жауаптар берілді.
