The university is systematically working to form an effective system of multilingual education. Multilingual education helps to improve the skills of the academic staff and students of the university in three languages to the same extent for their simultaneous use in the educational process.
In the implementation of the State Program for the Development of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020, the cultural project "The Trinity of Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan" by the decision of the Academic Council of the University in 2013, 4 special departments were opened in the specialties "5В030100 - Law", "5В030200 - International Law", "5В070100 - Biotechnology" and "5В060700 - Biology". Preparatory work is currently underway to open special groups for admission students in 2014 in the specialties of Jurisprudence, International Law, Biology, Biotechnology, where there are all the necessary resources in the form of prepared teaching staff, teaching materials, and specialized literature.
In the 2014-2015 academic year, a special department of multilingual education "5В090200 - Tourism" was opened.
In the 2015-2016 academic year, special departments of multilingual education were opened in the following specialties: “5B060800-Ecology”, “5B070800-Oil and Gas Business”, “5B050800-Accounting and Auditing”.
In accordance with the Development Strategy of M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University, English courses for faculty and postgraduate students and doctoral students are held, additional language training is organized to prepare students and undergraduates for the IELTS exam. 4 classrooms are equipped for teaching the studied disciplines in English, equipped with modern digital audio-video equipment, computers connected to the Internet, interactive whiteboards and other means to compensate for the lack of a language environment.
English courses
English language courses are a free educational service for teaching faculty, doctoral students, undergraduates and university students.
The standard period for the development of training programs (levels - A, A2, B1, B2) in courses is 72 hours.
The training is carried out according to the schedule approved by the first vice-rector, compiled by the department of software and PC teaching staff.
In case the student misses the 5th and / or more lesson for no good reason, the students are expelled. The expulsion from among the students is made out by order of the rector.
Training in the courses ends with a comprehensive testing of the student, determining his willingness to move to the next level of training.
After completing the course according to the results of the test, students are issued a certificate of level of knowledge of a foreign language. Validity of certificate: up to two years.

The Department of Multilingual Education and Competency Building of the teaching staff coordinates and documents the continuing education of teachers.
Functions of Career and Professional Development Center
1. Career Development Department
• Establishment of interaction with enterprises, organizations and institutions in the field of employment of graduates and organization of student practices;
• Coordination of the work of structural units in terms of promoting student employment and internships;
• Participation in the formation of a system of mutually beneficial relations between the university and the Alumni Association
• Organization and implementation of activities aimed at promoting employment and career development of students and graduates; implementation of the system of adaptation of graduates to the labor market;
• Organizing and conducting events to enhance the competitiveness of students and graduates (career days, presentations by employers, trainings, master classes, conferences, forums, round tables on the development of the youth labor market and interaction with employers, job fairs);
• Monitoring of the labor market and employment of graduates
2. Professional Development Department
• Organization of educational activities of the university in the field of advanced training, competence and retraining of teaching staff;
• Organization of continuing education courses within the university;
• Collection and processing of information on continuing education courses organized by leading universities and educational centers of the country;
• Coordination of the work of units in terms of advanced training and competence, as well as information support for this process;
• Organization of the passage of advanced training and competency of the faculty
• Maintaining a database of advanced training, competence of teaching staff and reporting on these issues to higher authorities;
Software Development and Maintenance Department:
There are two sectors in the department:
• Sector of implementation and maintenance of software;
• Web design and network technology sector.
Goals and objectives of the sectors:
• installation, configuration and further maintenance of servers to ensure the operability of the university's corporate network, as well as providing Internet access;
• support in working condition of the university public folder "public" for data exchange;
• assistance in the implementation of the Roadmap for the implementation of the Concept of transition of M.Kh.Dulaty Taraz State University to the Digital University model;
• search, study and installation of software for the organization of the provision of educational services using information technology, the creation and operational support of the official website of the university;
• study and implementation of forms and methods of protecting servers from unauthorized access at the operational and program level;
• development of the server base and server technologies to improve the quality and speed of data transfer;
• development, revision and maintenance of software products at the university;
• identification and study of new areas in the field of software;
• study of existing platforms for process automation and implementation at the university in accordance with the requirements;

Technical complex

Center of New Information Technologies (CNIT) is a structural subdivision of the University with a history of thirty-five, implement information technology in the educational and administrative activities.
The goal of the CNIT is to introduce new information technologies into the university’s production activities, to participate in the implementation of the Roadmap for the implementation of the Concept of transition of M.Kh.Dulaty Taraz State University to the Digital University model, and also:
• creation of a unified information space of the university, development and maintenance of a data transmission system, including a telecommunication network;
• maintenance, repair, installation of programs, preventive maintenance, modernization of computer equipment of all structural units of the university (including deans, departments) and computer classes;
• providing computer classes with maintenance personnel in order to preserve class material values, instructing students and staff on safety and labor protection issues;
• provide technical and software support for the operation of the Plato automated information system;
• within the framework of the adopted Roadmap, continue work towards the implementation of the QYZMET_TARSU project at the university;
• implement a project to introduce an electronic document management system;
• installation and installation of various educational equipment: stationary multimedia classrooms, language laboratories, video, conference calls, speakers to ensure the educational process of various audiences;
• creation of multimedia materials: films, audio-video lectures, digital textbooks for use in the educational process, the creation of commercials and media materials on the activities of the university;

UMO ROMS
Academic Methodological Association (hereinafter AMA) is a consultative and advisory body on educational-methodical and scientific-methodical issues in the field of higher and postgraduate education, which is part of the Republican educational-methodical council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
AMA in its activities is guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education”, the Regulation “On the Republican Educational and Methodological Council of Higher and Postgraduate Education” and other normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Academic Methodological Association on the basis of M.Kh.Dulaty Taraz State University was established in 1998.
Currently, AMA is organizing educational and methodological support for 3 specialties of higher and postgraduate education.
The main activities of the EMC:
organization of the development of state generally binding standards of higher and postgraduate education;
the organization of the development of standard curricula of disciplines in the specialties of higher and postgraduate education;
organization of examination of manuscripts of textbooks and teaching aids for higher and postgraduate education;
participation in the opening of new specialties;
interaction with the Department of Higher, Postgraduate Education and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
methodological consultation of universities of the Republic conducting training in the specialties that are part of the AMA, on the organization of the educational process.

The Department of Student Movement Accounting (SMA) is a structural unit of the department for educational and methodical work.
In its activities, the department of SMA is guided by the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of M.Kh.Dulaty TarSU, by the decisions of the Academic Council, the administration and the regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education.
The main goal of the SMA department is to record and control the movement of students.
The main tasks of the department of SMA are:
- implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State in the message of the President of the country to the people of Kazakhstan;
- making decisions on the main issues of the department.
The department of SMA carries out work in the following areas:
- maintaining personal files of students, their replenishment;
- study of the personal files of students enrolled in the university;
- acquisition of students' personal files at institutes, academic groups and ensuring their safety;
- registration of student documentation;
- processing orders for the movement of the contingent;
- accounting for the issuance of documents for temporary use;
- sending documents on requests to other universities;
- keeping records of the issuance of academic certificates of expelled students;
- preparation of orders on benefits for training (at the beginning of each academic year, the University Coordinating Council considers applications from students from large and low-income families, orphans and disabled people, student athletes, activists, etc., who are trained on a fee basis);
- A monthly report on the accounting and movement of the student population;
- archiving (documents of expelled students up to 3 years old);
- preparation and issuance of duplicates of final documentation;
- registration of personal files for archiving.
