The purpose of the conference is to create a platform for the exchange of experience in the implementation of innovative technologies in the educational space of a modern university and school.

Welcoming remarks were made by Ybyrayim Azimkhan Orazbaevich, Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor of the M.Auezov South Kazakhstan University; Kaldykozova Sandugash Yerkinbekovna, Head of the Department of Russian Language and Literature, PhD, Associate Professor of the M.Auezov South Kazakhstan University; Isabekova Gulnur Bolatbekovna, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Philology and Humanities of M.H.Dulati Taraz University; Gulnar Altayeva, Head of the Department of Russian Language and Literature, PhD, Taraz University. M.H.Dulati, who vividly and emotionally congratulated all the participants and wished them fruitful and productive work.
Representatives of fundamental sciences in the fields of philology, pedagogy and psychology, natural sciences, as well as practical teachers made informative presentations at the plenary session.
The work continued in sections in the following areas:

- Digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the educational environment of universities and schools.
- Formation of basic competencies among students and schoolchildren based on interactive learning technologies.
