The Human Resources Management Service (HRMS) coordinates the activities of the university's structural divisions to implement the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of labor. The task of the HRMS is the formation of a holistic university personnel management system.
HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICE ACTIVITIES:
forecasting the status and management of processes aimed at improving the work of the personnel management service;
organization of the system and personnel records;
creation of a personnel reserve;
organization, maintenance and management of documentation, the use of electronic document management systems.
