GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE DEPARTMENT:
The purpose of the departmental archive is a methodological guide to the process of ensuring storage, accounting of documents generated in the course of the university’s activities of practical and scientific importance.
The main tasks of the departmental archive are:
- • completion of the university’s departmental archive with documents generated as a result of the university’s activities;
- • accounting, preservation, creation of a scientific and reference apparatus, use of documents temporarily stored in the departmental archive of the university;
- • preparation and timely transfer of documents related to the composition of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state storage in the corresponding state archive in compliance with established requirements;
- • monitoring the formation and execution of affairs in the office work of the university.
