The Department of Academic Policy (APD) is a structural unit of the university, responsible for the organization of educational work at the university. The priority area of the department’s work is improving the organization of the educational and teaching process based on the introduction of modern achievements of pedagogical science and normative-methodological documents of our own developments, improving the structure and content of educational programs carried out in accordance with the implementation program "TarSU Development Program for 2020-2025", the organization of work in order to obtain public recognition of the quality of educational services through accreditation tools.
The main tasks of the Department of Academic Policy:
Educational, methodological, regulatory and informational and organizational and advisory support of the educational activities of the university;
Scientific and methodological support for the implementation of educational programs;
The introduction of innovative educational technologies and promising forms of organization of the educational process;
Development of normative, methodological and organizational foundations for development, improvement and modernization of the educational process;
Coordination of educational work of departments, faculties and other educational units of the university;
Monitoring the educational process and teaching work to improve the quality of the educational process;
Organization of work of the educational-methodical association in fixed specialties.
The structure of the Department of Academic Policy includes:
Educational-methodological department;
Department of student movement accounting;
Department of distance learning.
