In the period from 1976 to 1980,he graduated from the Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute with a degree in «physics teacher» in Almaty,and from 1980 to 1984,he worked as a physics teacher at the Sukhanbaev Secondary School in the Sverdlovsk district of the Zhambyl region.Sinse 1984,he worked at the Zhambyl State Pedagogical Institute,and due to the merger of educational institutions,he has been continuously working at the Department of «Pedagogical Psychology» of the M.Kh.Dulaty Taraz University until 2026.From 1984 to 1986,he worked as a lecturer at the Department of «General Physics » of the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Zhambyl State Pedagogical Institute.From 1987 to 1996,he held the positions of lecturer and senior lecturer at the Department of « General Pedagogy and Psychology».Sinse 1988,hewas registered as a PhD candidate at the Abai Almaty State University,specializing in 13.00.01 - «General Pedagogy,History,and Ethnopedagogy»,where he has been conducting scientific and pedagogical research in this field for many years.In 1994,at the Abai ASU,he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and became a pedagogical scientist.Topic: «Ecological education through interdisciplinary connections»,specialty 13.00.01 - «General Pedagogy,History,and Ethnopedagogy», In the period from 1996 to 1998,he was the head of the Department of «Psychology and Sociology» of the Taraz State Pedagogical Institute,in 1998-1999, he was the chairman of the trade union organization of the pedagogical faculty:and in 1999-2000, he was the deputy dean of the pedagogical faculty.In 2006-2007, he held the position of dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences.He was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty «Pedagogy».In 2002-2005,he completed doctoral studies atthe M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University.Based on the results of his research work,five textbooks,a monograph,and more than 150 scientific works in various publications have been published.A joint «Laboratory of Psychodiagnostics of the Taraz State Pedagogical Institute and the I.Altynsarin Kazakh Academy of Education » was opened,where he served as the head.For several jears,he was elected as a member of the dissertation council of the Taraz State Institute in the specialty «13.00.01 - «General Pedagogy,History,and Ethnopedagogy».On April 25,2006, he waselected as a corresponding mtmbtr of the International Academy of Pedagogical Education (IAPE).He currently holds the position of associate professor at the Department of «Pedagogical Psychology».Total work experience:42jears.
